How do I place my order?
 

Orders can be placed via email, telephone or at the shop. Kindly book an appointment with our tailors in order to get your measurements taken and place a 50% deposit towards your order. Once the deposit is obtained, the order will be processed.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

The clothing can either be collected at the shop or delivered to a location of your choice. Deliveries will be scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturday and a fee of R200 of will be charged.

 

 

 

How long will my order take?
 

Depending on the amount of work required, orders will take between one to two weeks to complete. Fittings for final alterations can be arranged within this time period in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

What if I can't make it to the shop?
 

Don't worry, Leslie Designs will accommodate you. Visit your nearest tailor and obtain all the necessary measurements that will be specified by us. Once we receive these and a signed sales agreement, your order will be processed.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Unfortunately Leslie Designs does not currently provide international delivery. Should this change, our beloved customers will be the first to know!

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the designs, there is no returns policy. However, should a client not be satisfied with the outcome of the dress, our design team will be more than happy to make any and all necessary alterations
